The Classic Locator was established as a way to bring hard to find classic movies to the people
that want them. As collector's ourselves, we designed this site with collectors in mind.
All titles we have found are believed to be in the public domain in accordance with the terms of the Berne Convention. They are offered on a collector to collector basis and no rights are given or implied. We do not have an inventory of films. All movies we provide come from other collector's/ studios/ vendors and are shipped within 72 hours of purchase.
If you suspect that a title on our site is not in the public domain please contact us and we will remove the title IMMEDIATELY provided you submit proof of potential copyright issues to us.
